This game featured a standout performance by Alex Cole gaining the shutout and earning a victory for the Busch Possums. The Purple Cobras threw everything they had at Alex Cole but to no avail. A strong performance by Rob Nightingale (1 G, 1 A) also helped secure the victory for Busch Possums over Purple Cobras.
