But Bar Down retaliated immediately with Laura Buchanan finding the back of the net at 4:59, assisted by Adriana DaPonte.

However, the Stangs were not to be outdone. In a flurry of action, they notched three more goals before the period ended. Scorer Jade Vincentini, assisted by no one, found the back of the net.

Payton Daley then took center stage, scoring two consecutive goals, with assists from Jade Vincentini, Amy Burbine, and Haley Burbine respectively.

The third period saw the Bar Down team show their resilience. Morgan Kloetstra scored at the 9:04 mark, assisted by Grace Reid and Sarah Swance. But the Stangs were able to secure their victory with another goal from Laurie Minten, assisted by Payton Daley.

Despite the penalties given to Haley Burbine of Stangs and Sarah Swance of Bar Down, both teams played a clean and fair game, evident from the limited penalties.

In the end, the Stangs emerged victorious in this hard-fought game, proving their strength and demonstrating some superb plays on the ball hockey field.
